Help my grandparents recover from hurricane Henri

Due to the recent hurricane in the northeast my grandparents, Kenneth and Suejayne Thomas’ home experienced severe flooding and now have a considerable amount of damage to their home and most of their belongings. They believed they had insurance to cover the damage but are surprised to find out they don’t and are now struggling with the costs. They now are without a home until the damages can be repaired.
