Help my dog get cataracts surgery

Hi, my name is Philip and I'm raising funds to get my dog surgery for her cataracts. About a year and a half ago, she was diagnosed with diabetes and around that time she started to go blind. Our vet told us it was cataracts.

We've struggled to find a vet who would give us a straight answer on what we can do about her cataracts, after a year, a vet in Boaz, Alabama told us about a vet in Birmingham that can fix her vision.

We've been struggling to pay her vet bills and her food to keep her blood sugar in check. So now I'm turning to you all. Please help us restore my dog's eye sight so she can see us again, chase after squirrels, and play fetch once more.
