My father needs a heart operation

On the right you see my father, Ramil. He is currently 51 years old, a very capable IT specialist, the kindest man I've ever known. In the beginning of may he was walking with my mom by a lake, she sent me a cute video. A week after he was feeling weak. Not even two weeks later he was in a hospital with a heart attack.
I tried to be positive, tried thinking that he'd pull through, because no one wants to think that horrible things can happen to good people. He wasn't getting better. Yesterday, on May 25th, I got a call from mom again. She was choking on tears, the doctors gave him a month.
Cardiac ischemia, arrhythmia, weakened immune system due to a possible COVID-19. He urgently needs a very expensive operation, which our family cannot afford due to a wave of unemployment and zero financial support (or any support for that matter) from the Russian government.
Me and my brother are unemployed students, I'm 22 and he's 20. The money I'm able to gather alone is barely enough to cover plane tickets to Moscow. I don't know if we'll be able to see our dad before it's too late, but I'm willing to try anything to raise the money for the operation he needs.
3mil Russian rubles or roughly 39000€ is the cost for the operation. Over a half of it our mom has managed to get, but ~15500€ is needed by Friday, May 29th. It's a lot for a very short time, but making this page is my last resort.
My mother, my brother, myself, all our family would be very grateful for any contribution. I don't want to lose my dad.
