Help my dad replace his driveway

We know that this storm has effected a lot of people! This is the second time due to weather that my dads driveway has been washed out. Home insurance wont cover it because its flood damage and flood insurance wont cover it because its not the house. His vehical is stuck on the other side until he can get it fixed. Our dad is a very hard working man and always does anything he can to help in a time of need. Now it is our turn to try and help him. Anything that is raised over what he needs to fix his driveway is going to be donated to the other 2 houses down the road from him that also lost their driveways! If you can not donate we understand.
