Help My Dad Get Hip Surgery

My Dad's hip is loose in the socket and is constantly bouncing around. He needs a hip replacement very badly. He has no way to be able to do daily activities for himself without being in severe pain and he's gone from being a very active man to one who struggles to make his own meals without having to spend the rest of the day in pain. The hip will sometimes lock up and he will be unable to stand at all.  

My Dad has always helped take care of other people and now he needs some help so that he can become functional on a daily basis again. He's got a bad habit of not asking other people for help, so I'm doing it for him!! The cost of the surgery is rather high- around $30,000 and he needs to get it done as soon as possible.
