Help my dad fight against stage 4 lymphoma cancer.

Hi my name is Roshina and I live in Australia. I am reaching out to support my dad to cover his Cancer treatment costs in India. My dad lives in Nepal and currently undergoing treatment in India.

Even though the chances of survival is low, we don't want to give up on dad.

My dad's name is Kajiram Thapa and he is only 62 years old and is a retired public servant of Nepal. He is an amazing father and wonderful human being. Being father of 3 children, he has always supported each of one of us in our highs and lows. Until July last year he was as tough as stone and strong as a tiger. Seeing my tiger lying helplessly is extremely hurtful. Not having enough fund for his treatment has left us devastated.

My dad was diagnosed with Stage 2 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma on the 5th of July 2023(tragically on my birthday).While we were on the process of his treatment plan, he had a serious fall that caused fractures in 5 of his rib bones making him hospitalized for 45 days and that also delayed the chemotherapy.

After His partial recovery, we started chemotherapy in Nepal, but after 6 round of chemo,(last chemo on 13th December) he was referred to Rajiv Gandhi Hospital in India for further treatment. The tests including biopsy and PET scan showed cancer in the terminal ileum, kidney, chest and neck.

Treatment plan is CAR-T treatment which is to implant genetically modified cells with chemotherapy. It is an expensive treatment costing AUD 100,000 (INR 5,000,000).

We have already spend around AUD 20,000 and me and my family have managed to arrange AUD 30,000 in total. We further require AUD 70,000 for his treatment.
