Help my cousin who has lost his leg

4 weeks ago Nathan was in a accident at work which resulted in him losing his leg and his toes in the other leg. He has about 6/7 steps to get to his house which isn't suitable in a wheelchair so will be needing a ramp but the council won't do it as he will be able to get a prosphectic leg in 6 months but he has to use a wheelchair and his house isn't wheelchair friendly either so will need adapting if possible  do please if you can help it would be very much appreciated
