Help my cousin pay his licenses (to provide for his family)

My cousin Ahmed is a young 18 year old who has just recently managed to move to Spain Madrid. His mother has been there for a few years with his younger brother, which means he missed out on alot of time with his mom and brother. Around this time my aunt bought this place and got sick afterwards so she rented it out. Now that my cousin is with her he will run the place. The journey was not easy, since there were alot of complications. Involving the person they rented the place to not wanting to return the establishment, meaning they had to take legal actions. Only recently they got it back. But they have to pay for licenses. They are short around 5000 euros and this is necessary for him to provide for his sick mother. Every small amount is appreciated and very helpful. Everything will be directly donated into the licenses. Thank you very much.
