Help My Brother, Lost Home in Fire

Many of you that know me already know that my 61-yr-old brother lost his home, all of his belongings, and even a beloved dog in a fire earlier this year.  This same brother also suffers from multiple physical and mental handicaps due to a recent and devastating car accident.  He cannot drive so depends on a golf cart to travel to the store for food, etc. but the golf cart also burnt in the fire.   Sadly, with no insurance and a very small disability check as his only income, he is in dire need of help.   In addition to his home burning down, the electrical meter, panel and power pole needed to provide electricity to the property, also burnt down.   Edison does not provide this, so we must purchase and install a new power pole, wire, meter, and panel to provide electricity to the property.  There is no money for repairs so he is currently living in an extremely old camper with no electricity.   His leg is crippled and he must use an over-turned milk crate as a step to get into this camper.  Someone was kind enough to give him a generator to provide power for the camper but he cannot afford both food and the gas to run the generator so he has no lights, no air conditioning, nothing.  If he buys gas for the generator, he then struggles to come up with money for food for himself and his dogs each day.    My 85 year-old mother has been trying to support him these past few months, but she is on a fixed income, and has nothing left to give. He is living in total squalor and needs help getting power to his camper,  some steps and/or ramp with a handrail to help him get inside his camper, basic appliances, some furnishings, a dependable golf cart (with batteries) to get around in, etc. I am just asking for $10 donations from anyone who can give.  Hopefully, enough people will find it in their heart to donate just $10.  Anything you are able to give will be greatly appreciated and will go toward providing my brother with electricity to his property, some basic needs and better living conditions.  Even if you are unable to give anything yourself, please share this page with someone you know, hopefully enough people will see and share it so that we can provide some comfort for my brother.
