Help my brother get by while he can't work

My brother has been off work for almost a year due to a wound on his foot that won't heal. 

 Andrew was diagnosed with spina bifida shortly after he was born and went for surgery. Up until 6 years ago he  lived a pretty normal life, he has been in and out of the hospital weekly the past 6 years to get iv treatments, surgery or just getting his wound taken care of . He his unable to walk around for long periods of time or wear his works boots without making matters worse for himself.  It breaks my heart to see what he has been going through. He struggles to pay his bills every month and feed his amazing dog.  He has applied for disability over and over again and never gets approved. 

 Anything that anyone can donate to help him pay his rent or buy food for himself and dog would be greatly appreciated.  He truly amazes me with his strength and determination to get through everything. so please even $5 dollars would go along way to help him get through the next few months while he's anxiously awaiting to hear if he is approved this time for disability.
