Help Murphy The Weiner Dog’s Tummy
This is Murphy, he is a 12 year old miniature dachshund and he is my whole life.
Recently Murphy started acting lethargic and was exhibiting signs of being in pain, unfortunately after a visit to the vet, we found that Murphy has an abdominal mass possibly growing from either his spleen or intestines.
In order to move forward with treatment for my little Murph we will first need to get an ultrasound of his abdominal done to see exactly what we are dealing with, we would then need to test the actual cells of the mass (and/or have the mass removed to test). And then from there see our next treatment options. Unfortunately this will cost a lot more money than I can currently afford.
I have always considered Murphy to be my son, he has brought such joy to my life and the lives of those around him, and I’m sure if you have a dog of your own you know how much they mean to you and how much a part of the family they are. I know times are so hard right now with Covid and loss of job security, but if you can afford to help us in any way, even just sharing this page, we would greatly appreciate it.
