Help Mr. & Mrs. De Wald

PLEASE HELP THIS COUPLE
Mr. & Mrs. De Wald were homeless. They were living in a tent. Mr. De Wald served our country and is a vet.
I was told the Homeless Coalition set them up in the apartment off of Luther Rd. 4 months ago w/ the help of the Department of Children and Families and the State. I went to deliver some meals to them yesterday and they have been living since last Friday with no electric. How were they going to keep the food I brought cold? There was flies everywhere and urine and feces on the floor. The smell was awful. Ms. De Wald sleeps on couch cushions on the floor. I was there when she got out of the makeshift bed, got on her knees and positioned the wheelchair against the wall to get herself into it. Mr. De Wald sleeps on a stained mattress with no sheets or pillows. They have no microwave, washer/dryer or other furniture. What is worse~~~they are both in wheelchairs and live on the 2nd floor in an apartment building with NO elevators!!! They have no car, the cell phone has no phone card and they take a cab to the Dr. when necessary. Thye are on living less than $600 per month for 2 people. They could really use our help to keep the electric on and get the basic necessities that we all take for granted.
