Help Mr. Hank

My cat Hank is a loving member of my family.  Yesterday he ate a piece of ribbon, the vet is calling it a foreign body in his intestines. We took him to an emergency vet last night, as well as called around to other vets in the area who told me, if I couldn't afford to fix him, I could relinquish my rights and then they would fix him. But you don't just give up on the members of your family. Right now, he got some nausea meds and some fluids. But next will be x-rays and possibly surgery. I know everyone always needs a hand up. But this isnt for me, this is for Hank. He needs everyones help. Please. He is seriously the best cat and I really dont want to watch him die over money. Please dont make me.
