Help Mother Bake Shop!

Hello friends,

It is with utmost sadness that I am writing this to you all. We owe our landlord a shit ton of back rent due to the hell that has been covid hitting one month after we opened. Sadly, this may be our last week in business. We want more than anything to stay in business, but according to the letter we received from our landlord's lawyer-- we have until Nov 12. to pay them the full amount. Yes, the Nov. 12th in two days. We have retained an attorney who we are very hopeful will be able to negotiate a deal for us.

After months of struggling with our bread oven, we finally resolved the issue & will be having our full menu of offerings, new nitro drinks, in addition to many new brunch items on the weekend.

This bakery is all Josh or I have ever wanted to do, and the fact that we did it together and got to share it with the community that we love was so special and magical. Thank you all for the support you have given us since we opened. We worked so hard and for so long to make our dream a reality, and it was so great to see it come true in my hometown.

We are doing a GoFundMe to attempt to raise as much as we can to go towards what we currently owe in back rent, in hopes that our attorney can work out a deal with the landlord, in addition to our legal fees.

Any help, no matter how small would mean the world to us. We want more than anything to be able to keep making pastries, bread, pizza and coffee for you all.
