Help Monique represent Tasmania at Indoor Cricket

Donation protected
Hello, My name is Monique Booth and I am a 20-year-old from Launceston. I am raising money to represent Tasmania in Indoor Cricket at the national championships in Cranbourne, Victoria. This year, Tasmania is sending their first female team in over 25 years to compete at the nationals. For me, this opportunity means a lot as it allows me to showcase my skills and represent my state on a national level. It also serves as a platform to inspire other young women in Tasmania to pursue their passion for cricket. Additionally, being part of the first female team in 25 years holds special significance as it signifies a positive shift towards promoting gender equality in the sport. To Tasmania, having a female team at the national level after a long break is a momentous occasion. It signifies progress in promoting inclusivity and diversity in sports, and it provides a platform for talented female athletes to shine and represent their state with pride. This opportunity not only highlights the talent and dedication of female cricketers in Tasmania but also paves the way for future generations to dream big and excel in their chosen sport.

The money from this GoFundMe will help pay for:
• Accomodation
• Flights
• Car hire
• Uniform
• tournament fees
• Any other unexpected costs that may occur.

All donations will be appreciated. I thank you for helping me to be able to go over to represent Tasmania at a national level.

Kind regards
Monique
