Help Molly kick cancers ass AGAIN!

Donation protected
I’m posting Molly’s last update from Facebook! I know personally she’s feeling overwhelmed because of the upcoming bills from chemo, other medical procedures and also having to cut back on hours at work. Her and Steve have just got their first house and I really don’t want them to lose something they worked so hard to get!

From Molly’s Facebook:

I've debated for a week or so before saying anything because I don't want anyone feeling sorry for me or thinking they have to jump in and do something or thinking I'm attention seeking but I also know there are whispers about what's going on and I want everyone to hear it from the source.

For the last year, I've had a tumor in my lung.IT IS NOT LUNG CANCER. Colon cancer likes to spread to the lungs and liver. The last time I did chemo, it shrank but didn't completely go away. I also did radiation and the stubborn look little thing still didn't go away. My doc recommended maintenance chemo and I refused because I was tired of feeling like shit. I tried oral chemo but that was worse than IV chemo and it caused horrific side effects. Still tired of feeling like shit, I decided to do nothing but keep an eye on it. My doc reluctantly respected my decision.

A couple scans ago, there started to be a change in the size of the tumor. Long story short, we did a biopsy and it was cancer. I start chemo the 10th. For those of you keeping track, yes, this is the 3rd time. Oddly, I'm not freaked out and I'm pretty sure Steven isn't either. I am frustrated and annoyed tho.I think we've learned enough from the last 2 times that we know what to expect and can prepare and plan ahead. It also helps that the kids are in school all day now.

That being said, if you happen to see my husband, make sure you tell him how amazing he is because I've kinda taken the "in sickness" part of this whole thing way too far, way too early
