Help Miss. Arebalo In A Time of Need

Yanessa is a devoted first grade teacher at Mount View Elementary School in Seattle, WA with a big heart and a passion for mentorship to children. Her passion shows through her teaching and the level at which she cares for others. When Covid-19 impacted her job, her students, and the families of those students -- Yanessa spent her time making several phone calls a day to parents, offering to help with anything she could, including food and financial assistance.  She always puts others first and strives to look after her community. Those who know Yanessa can attest to her kindness and generosity, and now we are asking friends, family, and community members to return the favor in her time of need.

A couple of days ago, Yanessa was taken to the emergency room after experiencing symptoms of severe dehydration, trouble breathing, weakness, and loss of movement. It is unclear at this time what the illness is but Yanessa has tested negative for Covid-19. She has since undergone several medical tests and is currently in the ICU with doctors speculating the possibility of a rare autoimmune disease, however no definite diagnosis has been made. We are asking friends, families and her fellow community to please pray, keep Yanessa in your thoughts, and send all of your love.  Any donations would help with her hospital stay, medical bills, hotel, and travel expenses. (Her parents have traveled from Brewster, WA to be by her side.)
