Miranda is a 47 year old mother of 3 courageously battling aggressive breast cancer, facing a formidable foe that has taken a toll on her, both physically and emotionally. Diagnosed in 2019, she has been through a number of treatments but has run out of options and has a window of one last different kind of chemotherapy intervention, thereafter the only hope she has left is immunotherapy - a treatment that's seen miraculous results for her type of cancer but one that is beyond reach for her.

Miranda refuses to let her diagnosis define her, she desperately needs support to afford the life-saving treatment that could make all the difference.
