Helping the Webb Family - a Memorial to Rebel

It is with great sadness to learn of the sudden passing of Rebel Webster. Rebel leaves behind her loving husband Michael Webb, and their grandson Eli whom they have been raising for over 9 years, and other family. As you can imagine Michael is devastated by the loss of his amazing wife and partner, as well as the sole bread-winner for the household. As you may know Michael has been unemployed for over a year and is still seeking employment. The tragedy of Rebel’s death on top of Michael’s unemployment makes a bad situation worse, further deepening a financial burden that has already been difficult for Rebel, Michael, and Eli, especially during the poor job market that COVID has brought.
During this time, they will need help with funeral expenses, daily living expenses, utilities, and all of the other necessities that come with raising children and maintaining a house. The funds will help out tremendously while they try to work out the intricate details of day-to-day life without Rebel at their side.
This loss is deeply personal, which makes us realize that life is precious and that “Concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only.”
Michael is a dedicated and passionate leader in Cub Scouting, providing for a good upbringing and robust life experiences for Eli, as well as providing for the Cub Scouts of Pack 570 in Dallas. Michael clearly demonstrates all of the 13 points of the Scout Law, including and especially a Scout is Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Thrifty, and Brave. In this time of grief and hardship, Michael and Eli especially need your help.
