Help Merlin get cataract surgery

My buddy Merlin (a 9-year old Jack Russell), was diagnosed with diabetes a few months ago, a couple weeks ago he developed pancreatitis as a complication from the diabetes. Fortunately, he has bounced back from that, but now he has  developed cataracts in both his eyes, severely compromising his vision.  It's heartbreaking to see him want to do things but become fearful and disoriented as his vision fails. 
With the emergency room costs for helping him recover from the pancreatitis, we aren't able to cover the costs of the cataract surgery.

Anything that you can donate will be a huge help to improve the quality of life for my little puppy buddy.
