Help Heal Janya's Heart

Janya is a 7 year old amazing little girl who  was born with a Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia and multiple aortic to pulmonary collaterals, I know its a mouth full, this disease effects 1 in every 2,518 babies per year.  She has undergone 3 open heart surgeries  and   is scheduled for her 4th open heart surgery on June 27,2018. Due to the complicated nature of her upcoming surgery her cardiac team at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia have recommended that she travels to Palo Alto, California where Dr. Frank Hanley has created the Pulmonary Artery Reconstruction Program for kids just like Janya.  The surgery will require Janya to be in California for 4-5 weeks.The funds that her campaign raises will go to insurance co-pays, travel cost,  and housing just to name a few things.  I thank you all for taking the time out to read my little girl's story and even more for donating your money to help us out. The surgery its self is completely overwhelming,  and then all of the financial burdens just add to the list of complications.  As her sole provider, I will not be able to fund all that comes with her surgery alone, while simultaneously taking care of things at home for her 2 sisters.  Thank you all again and know that every cent is appreciated.
