Help for Melissa and her family

This is my dear sweet friend Melissa. She and her husband Darrell were in a car accident early Saturday morning on their way home from work. It was raining pretty hard that morning and she hydroplaned and hit the barrier. The last thing Darrell remembers is hearing a loud crash and the next thing he knew he woke up to the truck on it's side and Melissa wasn't there. He crawled out and found her on the road. We aren't sure yet but we think they were hit by another car. She is in critical condition and has suffered multiple injuries but the most concerning right now is a severe head injury and fractured vertebrae. They are keeping her sedated and she is currently on a ventilator. She has 3 kids at home (16, 15, and 11) and her husband has taken a leave of absence to be with her at the hospital so they currently have no money coming in and now no car. I am helping as much as I can but they need more. I know she would hate this and would never ask but I am asking. Any amount will help Darrell keep up with bills, buy groceries, help get him back and forth to the hospital, and hopefully eventually help him get another vehicle. Most importantly and above everything else please pray for her and her family. This is obviously extremely difficult for Darrell and the kids. Melissa, like most wives and moms, took care of everything and has always been there so they are missing her so much! I will post updates on her condition as we know more. Anyone who has been in a situation where a loved one has been in an ICU knows how difficult it is to not know what the future holds.
