Help Mel with Medical Expenses

Donation protected
I hate to have to ask but please help! I have been incapable of working my normal FT job as of November 29th and have been out of work since. In addition to having a Fibromyalgia flare, I have developed a new scarier issue with severe numbness and pain in my legs and feet that makes it hard to stand and walk if I'm on my feet too long.
My doctors ordered an MRI on my back to check on my herniated disk to see if it has worsened and could be the cause of the numbness, potentially needing surgery. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied the MRI. They are requiring me to do possibly 6 weeks of physical therapy before approving the MRI.
Meanwhile I am accruing these bills while not making an income and also my health insurance has no check to pull from so I will loss it if I don't come up with the money to pay for the weeks I miss work.
I've had to give up Christmas shopping this year, save for what I had already purchased, and still won't be able to pay my portion of rent this month.
On top of that, as of January 1st my insurance deductible starts over causing just my Fibromyalgia medication, not even factoring in the others, to be over $450 a month. I need this medication or I will become even more sick. It is also dangerous to come off this med because it can cause seizures.
I am only asking for money for basic needs. Food, rent, medication, etc. If you donate and share I would appreciate it and be eternally grateful. I hate having to ask for anything from anyone but putting my embarrassment aside, sometimes people have to help people and I realize I am in one of those situations. Thank you if you read this far. Happy Holidays.
Love, Mel
*Here is some information about Fibromyalgia:
Fibromyalgia, or Fibro for short, is a chronic pain condition. In addition to pain it includes fatigue/insomnia, muscle spasms, joint stiffness, IBS, migraines, severe menstrual cycles, depression/anxiety, sensitivity to cold and weather changes, etc.
There is no cure for Fibromyalgia. Treatment plans can include, injections, infusions, medication, therapy, and more.
Fibromyalgia requires a diagnosis from a Rheumatologist. Most Fibromyalgia patients are also referred to Pain Management clinics.
Fibromyalgia is more common in women than men, and millions of Americans are diagnosed with the condition.
