Help me with medical and financial issues

My wife and I have been struggling financially for some time now and we don't qualify for government assistance because when I am working, we make too much money for that but not enough to cover all the bills and food costs. We moved from Florida to Georgia in February of this year in hopes that things would get better.

My wife can't work any longer and has been trying to get on disability since July and has so far been denied. We are waiting on the appeal. My wife can't afford her insulin and other diabetes and life saving medications.  She also has other medical issues that makes life painful and hard to get around.         

I had a job until November then the company went on it's holiday break and won't start back up until sometime in January. I have been applying for everything under the sun job wise, but haven't heard back from anyone. We are out of money and out of options, we have borrowed from family but we can't keep doing that.   
                    
The main concern now is we are going to lose our car because we are so far behind on the payments, and without a car the job prospects go down as we are very far from a town that I would be able to work in.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
