Help me to ship my pets to my next duty station

Hi everyone! I have been trying to PCS (military move) to England for months but unfortunately with COVID-19 it has been a slow, frustrating process. I just found out when I booked my flight that most major airlines are not shipping pets...once again COVID-19 has drastically affected this situation. After spending hours on the phone with all the major airlines I realized it would be impossible to fly them with me as I normally do. As I cannot leave them behind because they are family,  I started working with a pet shipping company. Unfortunately this was an expense I wasn’t prepared for and it is huge. It will cost me around $4000 to ship them to England. I sincerely appreciate any support you can provide to help make this move happen for me and my pets! Thank you!
