PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY FATHER
My name is Oriana Tami, and I live in Aragua State, Venezuela.
We have never had to do this before, but my family is urgently asking for your help to save my father’s life.
His name is Manuel Tami, and at 51 years old is a kind-hearted, well-respected man known as a person who throughout his life has dedicated himself to helping others in need. His love for animals, too, led him to study veterinary medicine at the Central University of Venezuela (Universidad Central de Venezuela), and pursue a lifelong career as a veterinarian.
My father has always enjoyed good health with an excellent diet and exercise. However, a month ago, my father began feeling weak and exhausted, and after consulting his doctor, discovered that his hemoglobin count was drastically low at 8 gm/dl. He was hospitalized straight away, and after undergoing extensive x rays, tomography, endoscopy, and other exams, doctors found that he was hemorrhaging internally because of a large Retroperitoneal tumor on the lower rear side of his stomach, which pushes against the stomach wall, causing severe ulceration.
All of the doctors that have examined my father agree that because the tumor is so large (10 x 8.5 x 9 cm, or 3.9 x 3.3 x 3.5 in.), the only way to save his life is to prevent the tumor from spreading, and therefore he will need surgery.
Because of the severe lack of basic human needs such as medicine throughout our country, it has become impossible for us to find or afford both the medication and surgery that my father so desperately needs to save his life. We dearly love our father, and in fact his loss would not only be felt as deeper hardship for our family, but yet another blow to the community; therefore, we humbly ask for your help to save his life through GoFundMe.

Hola, mi nombre es Oriana Tami y quisiera pedirles su ayuda para operar mi papá y salir de esto juntos!
Mi papá, Manuel Tami, es un hombre de 51 años de edad, siempre se ha caracterizado por ser muy bondadoso y respetado , es una persona conocida por muchos en el estado en que vivimos que a lo largo de su vida se ha esforzado por ayudar un todo lo que sea necesario , especialmente personas de bajos recursos . Graduado de médico veterinario con post grado en desarrollo rural, egresado de la UCV. A lo largo de los años amaba criar animales, para darles una mejor calidad de vida.
Él tiene una buena salud, buenos hábitos alimenticios y se mantiene en constante movimiento ... Hasta hace un mes, que mi padre comienza a sentirse muy débil y cansado , luego de llevarlo a un examen de sangre, que he visto su hemoglobina está por debajo de 8 y que debemosmos hospitalizar inmediatamente para mejorar su situación. Luego de hacerle rayos x, tomografías, endoscopias y exámenes de laboratorio, logramos que la causa de su hemorragia interna en un tumor retroperitoneal en el estomago que está empujando la pared estomacal y ocasionó esta ulceración.
Todos los médicosque hemos logrado coincidir con la forma de salvar a mi padre con la cirugía, ya que el tumor que le encontraron tiene un tamaño de 10cmX8.5cmX9cm y por ende es necesario una intervención lo más pronto posible para que el tumor no afecte más zonas.
Debido a la crisis económica que estamos en este momento Estamos atravesando en nuestro país Venezuela , nos vemos en la necesidad de solicitar su ayuda para poder operar a mi papá y lograr salir de esto junto a ustedes. Ante la crisis que estamos enfrentando, hemos tenido que luchar con la dificultad de conseguir los medicamentosnecesaria para lograr controlar la ulceración creada a causa del tumor, sumandose también a los grandes costos de los mismos . ¡Por toda la situación antes planteada, solicitar con el corazón en la mano que me ayude a salir de esta situación tan desesperante para poder salvar a mi papá!
