Help me to eat, and to smile.

Hello,

I, William 'Elijah Crow' Crowley, am struggling through my conditions both physically, and financially. One of many issues is that my bones suffer from osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. They are progressively disintegrating (the spine and face being the worst). It has been years since I've had a full mouth of teeth, and a couple without any at all. I struggle to eat adequately to sustain strength in fighting day after day of severe auto-immune issues. On the mental side, it'd be a dream to be able to smile again (it's hard enough seeing the scars). Should this be achieved I'll be a step closer to appearing at limited public events.
