Help me to be with my children longer

I am a mother of three. Working from home with an hourly rate of $3 per hour. I have no other sources of income... This will be my seventh major operation in my lifetime. With the current health crisis, I'm losing hope if I'll ever get the much needed operation to extend my life. My youngest is only two years old and I would really hope to take care of her along with her two brothers. 
Two years ago, I had a surgery to extract a tumor on my cervical spine, that was a week after giving birth to my youngest. What I really wanted is to be with my children longer. My extended life through your grace and mercy would only be a bonus.
Please give my children the chance to be with their mother longer. Thank you!
