Help me save Pippins life

Donation protected
Hello my name is Shannon and the reason I am here is not for me. It is to help my little girl Pippin.
See, Pippin and I lost her two big brothers last year. Moe, a rescue from a puppy mill, we never knew how old he was, he was a mess. Had him 8 years, and 3 years ago he died, from a heart attack. The vets brought him back to life, and I got to love him for three more years. Till last February.  I had to say goodbye to my little man Moe.
Then this last November, my old man Rocky was ready to go to heaven. He was 17, blind, deaf and was the best dog anyone could ever have asked for. He was with me through good and bad and was always by my side. I miss his gentle nature, that little face. And getting my hugs from him. I miss them both so much.
Then, there is Pippin, She was a baby when I found her. Dragging her tiny little back legs across the floor. I almost cried. She fit in my palm she was so tiny. The breeder was not a mean lady , but she couldn't sell this one in her condition. She was going to have to more than likely put her down. I went home and couldn't get her out of my mind. I already had Rocky at this point, so she would have a friend. The next day I went and got her. For free, I took her to my vet, we fixed her all up as best we could, and well, here we are today.
For the last year, Pippin was making a lot of coughing sounds, hacking and then honking sounds. I knew she was a little overweight, but not to any extreme. One of the others had kennel cough a few years ago, so I put it down to that. But then the cough changed. To almost a struggle for breath. I got worried. First visit to the vet, he did a check, and wanted to do x rays. Sad to say, I just didn't have the money. So we tried antibiotics first. So I could buy some time to raise the money.  The medicine didn't work.  Next was steroids. Those failed as well. With the help of an angel, I managed to scrape up $200 to go get the x rays etc.
The diagnosis was not good. She has a collapsed trachea. It means that where the throat comes down, and in a dog bends into the body, her trachea is narrows. It is restricting air.
With drugs not working, the only thing left, is to get a stint put in, to open the airway so it does not collapse totally and she die of choking, no air. I can't even  :(

I got told, she needs to go to a specialist, and it would cost between $3000. to $5000.  Large amount isn't it.

Is it worth it? She's just a dog right? But she is so much more to me than that. She is my best friend. She is my smile when I come home from work, to my good night cuddler at bed time. She is my confidant, my ear to hear about my bad day. She is everything to me.

I can not lose a 3rd dog in a year. I just can't. The vet said without anything, she might live a year. Beyond that he can not say.

So please, a dollar or 5, or whatever you can spare, you would have my undying gratitude. I work 9-5. I live a very modest life in the city. I walk to work so no money to pay for gas, transit, parking. It is very tight. I am trying, but at this point in time, I am not in a position .

If you can not help, a prayer or two would be appreciated as well.

Thank you.
