Help me save my stolen cat from Morocco

Right away i need 200€ to vet procedures and i am working on lowering all the other expenses. Hello. This is Balam, my 6 year old cat. I need help to rescue him. Our story starts in my last trip to Morocco, as I work in hotels and as entertainer, when I lost my job, i went to look for solutions in the places I worked well before, looking for a restart. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, and could never abandon. I traveled by car, with a friend that was also looking for new opportunities. As i passed through south Spain, i found no opportunity to work, i decided go to Morocco, because there is all time summer weather and tourism have been increasing sense the first time I worked there. But i was not lucky with the people i started some projects and i invested all i had, to recover nothing. As i was almost broke, and hadn't find any part time job or anything, beside desilusion, I payed a room for my portuguese friend stay with my pets, while i went back to portugal to fix the issues of coming back with my pets (and quarentine them back home, once that i would not stay longer). All was going the best i could arrange, until the day that my portuguese friend would come back with my pets, but the guy that i payed before coming, was pissed off because he was expecting to be given more money (to pay protection). He started blackmailing me and even threatened to take all my cats. As soon this threatens started i wrote to portuguese ambassy in morocco, and later Spain too, regarding the situation. One Moroccan police officer went with my portuguese friend to the house and rescued the cats. But one cat was missing. Balam was not there, and my friend was really scared, just ran with all the others, while i was fixing them way back to portugal, without the need to be waiting 3 months. Thanks to the portuguese ambassy in Spain, there was no problem crossing the border and them all are healthy, safe and happy.... Less Balam.... :'( Balam was rescued by a boy that took care of him all this time, but now, as coronavirus is destroying everyone's life, he is moving to North morocco, and couldn't take the cat. I looked for everyone and every possibility for someone to take care of Balam while i can't go pick him up. The only answer i had to all my asks for help, was a animal shelter, Al-Nour Tierhilfe Marokko (on Facebook) ran by a Renata Vetsch, near Agadir. She rented a car and went to save Balam. This petition is only to fund the rescue and return of Balam. This money i am asking is only and exclusively to pay for the veterenary tests and quatentine (90days) in the shelter, as well the renting of the cars (portugal to reach tarifa - Spain and the other from Tanger to agadir).  Serologic test - 180€ Housing for 3 months of quarentine - 135€ (45€/month) Vet cost for blood test - 20€ Rent a car Portugal to Spain - 75€ Gasoline - 60€ (630km) Rent a car in Morocco - 70€ Gasoline - 60€ (800km) Cross on ferry, come and back - 120€ (2people because i can't drive) I am still working on cheaper solutions. I accept any kind of help, even contacts with other animal rescuing in Morocco that can help me drive him north, so i can avoid rent car in Morocco, and just pick him up on Tanger. Anything to end this pain. The plan is to gather the price of housing and serology, pay right away so can start counting the 90 days to go pick him up. The plan for the the travel is to leave portugal in the end of the day, travel night, take the first ferry, travel all day to agadir (almost 9h), rest at night and take the whole day back up to cross, at least in the last ferry. Start the travel back to portugal to deliver the car. I can't pay it for myself, my life situation is not good at all, specially after coronavirus, and as long as it takes, the more money i spend without being able to rescue him.... I am still unemployed, but, starting a new project that includes biological agriculture and animal rescuing, like the one i had before the infamous 2017 portuguese fires, that took so many lives.
