Help Me Save My Cat Aslan

This is our beautiful Cat, Aslan. Over the past few weeks we've unfortunately seen our boys hind legs have been severely effecting him, after a visit to the vets and a week later and another emergency appointment, having to put him through blood tests and x-rays, we've heartbrakingly found out that he has two genetic conditions - one being Hip dysplasia in both legs - which means his hip joints arnt developing normally and has very quickly lead to a loss of function where he can no longer stand up properly. And the other condition being luxating patellas which means his knee caps are continually popping out of place or dislocating as some may say. There are 4 grades of this condition with Aslan being at stage 4 which is extremely severe. Both of these conditions have severely started to effect him within a very short space of time to the point where daily he now cannot walk and is crying in pain, even with pain relief.  We've been referred to an orthopedic surgeon who has quoted between £4000-6000 for his hip dysplasia and £2000-3000 for his patellas. With our insurance only covering up to £1000 per condition it is nowhere near going to cover the costs for his surgery. Our only other option would be to put him down, which would absoloutely break our hearts. Aslan is a Maine Coon cat who's only a year and a half old. We are desperately asking for help to save our boys life. We would be extremely greatful for any donation to help us through this hard time. Thank you kindly in advance x
