Help me save Lumos

So, you know when everything goes wrong? When you hit a streak of bad luck that doesn't seem to stop? That is what happened to us. All at the same time as my 7 month old puppy Lumos needs an amputation of his leg to save his life. Lumos is a 7 month old Australian Shepherd. He is the light in my life with his extrordinary personality. He loves everyone and will brighten anyones day! People, dogs, cats, horses, you name it, he loves them! He, above all, loves LIFE! He enjoys every little thing. Every person he meets, every dog he meets, every toy he gets, every pinecone or stick he finds. He loves to play in the mud( or water as he calls it). Running in the forest or around on our farm is paradise! He is happy go lucky anytime, anywhere. Even at the vet, when they operated him twice, to try to save his leg. Even when we took x-rays he was wagging his little stumpy tail. Even when he is in pain, he wags his tale...

Lumos has a problem with his elbow. Both bones in his right front leg are bowed and has grown wrong into the elbow joint causing pain. We tried surgury but the orthopedic specialist was not able to get them corrected. A second opinion with another orthopedic specialist got us the same answer. So now the only two choises we have is euthanatia or amputation. Considering how well his quality of life would be with three legs, euthanasia is not an option! But the surgury costs 15000nok and is to much in the situation we are in now and his insurance doesn't cover. So I am begging for help to save my little boys life! To let him get to play in the water in the summer, play with all his dog friends, fetch balls and enjoy a snack. Because nothing stops him, not even being a tripaw! Please help my little light, Lumos.
