Help me save Beaus knees

Hi everyone!
First off, let me start by saying thank you for taking the time to read this.

My name is Kristen and this is Beau. Beau is my 2 1/2 year old Lab and I've had him since he was 8 weeks old. Needless to say, he's extremely important to me and means the world to me. He has helped me get through some of the toughest times of my life. A little less than a year ago, Beau started to limp on his back right leg. I took him to our regular vet and they said it could be a torn ligament. But after being prescribed Rimadyl, he seemed to get better. On Easter 2017, he took a little tumble down some stairs and his knee started to get worse. Fast forward a month and he can't put weight on either of his back legs so he's putting all his weight on his front legs, which is not a good thing. I took him to orthopedic specialist and Beau no longer has his ACL in either knee, which now requires surgery and of course, pyshical therapy, post surgery.
Without this surgery, he will start to lose his muscle mass in the back and it will cause problems with his front legs and elbows since those did not grow in right when he was born.
Currently, Beau is unable to do anything that's physical. That means no walks, no running, no jumping, no play time...nothing. I can only bring him outside to go potty and even that's painful for him. I've had to hand feed him because he can't stand up to eat on his own. I had to have a friend pick him up and put him in my car because he just couldn't get enough strength to do it on his own. My once happy go lucky, active pup is now miserable. It's literally breaking my heart to watch him go through this.
If you know me, you know how much Beau means to me and how much I love him and how I will do anything and everything I can to help him.

I'm asking for help so I can get Beau his surgery, physical therapy and his medical bills.
