On April 17th, my brother Jabril passed away due to an undiagnosed diabetic medical complication. Jabril was a 27-year-old Black, trans, disabled, muslim who I believe died in part due to the racist pattern of gaslighting, disbelief and dismissal perpetuated by the last doctors to see him when he needed help the most. I'm asking for help to cover the costs of a bronze memorial plaque that will have my brother's chosen name on it.

Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens | Arbor Memorial Inc has sent us an estimate of $3,858.95 + tax *prices are subject to change. Once the memorial plaque has been paid for and if any extra funds are leftover, I will be donating directly to Black, trans, disabled, muslims. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
