Help me narrowly avoid bankruptcy?!

Hey, I am a poor guy with simple means who just found out that I had Cancer! Go figure? I'm not really expecting much out of this but If you can help and want to help, that would mean the world to me. Anything from a share on social media to a single dollar! But please, in these difficult times, remember to make sure you are safe and secure before helping others. Just like those cheesy airline tutorials we all miss. Help yourself before helping others. 

The current goal isn't quite right yet, I have only received a bill for the surgery I had 4 weeks ago and not the chemotherapy that I have started. 

When I first found out about the issue, the main question I had was how could I possibly afford to pay for this.. GO USA! But I am glad for the support that I have had through my close friends, who have pushed me to make this and reach out.
