Help me live with EDS/POTS/Chiari

I have multiple disabling conditions that I have suffered and dealt with for two decades.  I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS/dysautonomia), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Chiari Malformation, and other associated diagnoses. This means I experience chronic and acute pain, joint dislocations, muscle spasms, fatigue, severe headaches, dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, trouble swallowing/choking, insomnia, heat intolerance, and more. Recently my illness has progressed, and the brainstem compression is affecting my breathing, heart rate, and memory. I will be needing brain surgery sometime soon-likely September. 

I am fundraising because I would like to have a wheelchair so that I can participate in family outings. It would give me independence and allow me to enjoy being with my boys when on an outing. Chronic illness also comes with many costs, including prescriptions and physical therapy that aren’t covered by my insurance.
