Help me keep my car and living spac

I'm a very humble person so this is difficult for me to ask but I've had some medical and personal issues this year that have kept me out of work and I now find myself in a position where I'm about to lose my car by next week and potentially my living situation due to past financial obligations. Many of yoy know i was in a 7 day coma in June and after spent nearly two months in a nursing facility. Friends anything you can do to help would be appreciated. I am working now but unfortunately i receive no income for it because i am working off my past due rent in a rehabilitation center. If i can pay that bill off and keep my car i will be able to move foward with my life.
