Help me get closure and move on

After nearly thirty years, my sister's murderer has admitted his guilt and confessed to everything he's done.

On November 6th, he will be formally sentenced and I would very much like to go home in order to be there in person as this chapter of my family's lives comes to a close. 

I've been struggling in recent years after my family home was foreclosed on and it lead to one catastrophe after another. Due to a lot of reasons, I ended up having to move from California to Colorado, and haven't had the time, money or opportunity to return home.

I'm hoping to raise money for travel expenses, lodging and enough to get my affairs in order while I take this trip.


I don't like the idea of having to ask for help like this, but for my own wellbeing I would like help in order to make this as least stressful as I can.
