Help me get to China with Team USA!

About 2 years ago I decided with a couple of my paddling buddies that 2017 would be the year that I would try out for Team USA and go to China to compete in the IDBF (International Dragon Boat Federation) World Championships. It has been a long and challenging road but I'm so proud to say that I've been asked to be on the team!

This is a BIG deal! We'll be racing against the best of the best from around the world! I've been working so hard to get to this point; a lot of you know this because I have spent a lot of time away from friends and family training for countless hours on the water and in the gym. 

This journey is completely self-funded --  from the airfare to the hotel, to the uniform and to the time off from work. I'm asking my friends and family to consider helping me make this a little easier with your help and support! We will be in Kunming, China in October and will be purchasing that airfare really soon!
