Help me get my groom to the wedding

Hello everyone. My name is Chris.  I was recently made a best man by my best friend Anthony Luevano whom I've known for over 20 years and know to be a brother to me. 

We recently went out of our way as groomsmen to celebrate our grooms big day. However, he grew ill the first day we went out for his bachelor party. He did not enjoy his three day weekend as he mentioned that he was seeing blind spots, experienced dizziness and pain as if it were a headache. 

Fast forward, he didn't really get to enjoy at all.
As grooms men we tried to pursued him to come out to enjoy his nights. To no avail did he have fun at all. At most we shared a meal and a nice home to stay away together and talk. He slept most of these days. 

We drove him back home after the third day and he checked into a hospital. 
It turns out he had a slow growing benign tumor on his left side of the brain.
His neurosurgeon told us the possibility of vision loss and never being able see properly or worse, but the chances were small.
His surgery was tracked for August 30th at the USC medical hospital. 

Currently my groom is slowly getting a bit better and gaining his ability to walk and see again but I feel as a best man it is my duty to step up and try to get help for his bills and also get him to his big wedding day.

I am hoping this works for him and his bride who has been by his side every single day since the day we heard the news.
Anything is appreciated, the groom has no knowledge of this but I would love to surprise him with some help on his big day which is coming November 16th. 

I love these two more than anything and just want to make their big day worry free and give them the wedding they planned for before this news.
