Help me fix my broken arm

On Christmas I suffered an unfortunate bicycle accident, my body flew head first over the handle bars, I kissed the concrete (bad kisser) and landed on my left arm (not good), resulting in a severe fracture. My left forearm is broken just below the wrist. Not only is it broken, but it's also out of place (really, not good). The wonderful emergency room doctors did everything they could to try and set my bones correctly, but there was only so much they could do. In order to fix my arm properly, I need an orthopedic surgeon to open me up and put all the pieces back together (ala Humpty Dumpty). Although I have insurance, orthopedic surgeons are very expressive and my insurance only covers a portion of the procedure I need done, leaving me with a $3500 bill!! (No joke) The worst part about all this is that I don't have much time to work it all out. I need to have surgery STAT (doctor joke) or my hand will turn blue and fall off (slight exaggeration). I know it's the end of the year and money is tight, but if there is anything you can give, I will be eternally grateful. And when I am healed, HIGH FIVES FOR EVERYONE!!
