Help me finish my latest PC build

I've run out of funds and had most of this hardware already purchased and employed in my existing build and the hard drives purchased at least 5-6 years ago. This build was repurposed into a NAS and VM server and my router as an OPNsense VM running under Proxmox. I even had the extra network card handy.

I have not budgeted anything for this build in years but have no funds left this month to purchase a new or even used Nvidia card. Unfortunately, the GPU passthrough does not work so well for AMD GPU cards due to the reset bug that affects AMD's cards, even the latest RDNA cards. So I am avoiding Team Red for the indefinite future and going to Team Green.

I want a new Geforce GTX 2060, budgeting $400 to include tax. I would settle for $120 for a used GTX 1070 offered by someone who has one handy in the US.
