Help me find a place while separating

Hey guys, as I've mentioned online a few times me and my partner are separating/divorcing after 5+ years... As children are involved I'm trying to take the most peaceful non stressful option for them and find a place close by to avoid in fighting around them.

I'm tired of sleeping in my car and not having a stable place to work on owed art (as some have noticed my workflow has been severely interrupted) and staying us not an option due to the need to keep the peace and verbal abuse.

I hope to find a place close by or a sprinter van so I can park outside of the community and easily be available to watch them in the mornings and my days off. I have a little saved up but unfortunately not enough to find something immediately

I greatly appreciate any help anyone wishes to offer.
