Help me fight Myasthenia Gravis

At the end of 2018 I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis a chronic illness that causes extreme muscle fatigue. In the beginning I was in and out of the hospital dealing with the chronic illness. I am dealing with it daily. This makes it hard to do every day activities. At times I have issues walking, talking and  with swallowing and breathing. I am now getting medical treatment and under a neurologist care, but I have not worked since last year and it's hard to keep up with all the expenses medications and doctors appointments and household bills.  I need to get my medicine to keep my symptoms down and keep me from getting worse or ending back in the hospital.  My family is down to one income and it has been hard for us.  This photo was taking a week ago and as you can see one of my eyes looks a little droopy which is a symptom of myasthenia gravis.
