Help me develop a free from white chocolate

I am desperate to create a white chocolate for those people who cannot have any of the major 14 allergens including milk, eggs, nuts, coconuts, xantham gum and gluten. I have the recipe sorted but not the equipment to refine and conch the chocolate.
For those that don't know there is yet to be a product on the market that achieves these goals.

So why do I want to do this?
When I was growing up I was Cows milk protein, soya and egg free (now I only have to exclude it when I’m ill) back then they only had to include major ingredients and I was forever poorly even though my mum made EVERYTHING from scratch, here started my love of baking with my mum. 


Anyway to cut a long story short until the age of 8 I had never been able to eat in a restaurant and they bought a camper van so we could go on holiday.
We went to a little cafe in the middle of nowhere and mum asked if we could eat our own sandwiches while the grown ups had their lunch. The owner asked why (most just said no) and my mum explained our allergies and he said you’ve come to the right place my wife is allergic too I can make them something! not only did this wonderful man make us out first ever lunch out, while we were eating he went home to his house and brought us home made ice cream we could eat. So we got to have our first ice cream out too. Cue my mum sobbing! As I’m sure many of you can imagine.
Fast forward 25 years I have grown out of my allergies and this all went by the wayside. I then had a son who is allergic to cows milk protein, soya, egg and coconut and peanuts, chickpeas and Red kidney beans and I couldn’t find anyone that would make him a cake for his birthday. So I dusted off my apron and here @socakesuk was born.
I want to provide just a little bit of what that amazing man did for my mum so I am here asking for a little help to be able to provide that for other people.

If I can get this sorted I can begin to provide what I have always wanted to, that little moment of happiness when you sit down to a sweet treat and indulge just for yourself.

So why is this necessary?
As a bio-chemist with a firm grasp on the science behind allergies she was part of the group that lobbied for what we have now in way of legislation, as so few food manufacturers actually understood the requirements.

While the current legislation has enabled people to eat more freely, something that is seriously lacking is attractive, tasty free from food. I want to fill that gap. Free from food is so often 'functional' and so often feels like design, and even flavour is an after thought.

What will the money achieve?
What I want to achieve with this is the ability to have dedicated equipment to produce, store and package the products. I also want to have the products tested by a lab to be able to certify them as free from. This would require samples being sent off, from my work area, and proof that the products I source are also from a suitable environment. This is not a cheap endeavour. But the money I am raising would allow me to get the ball rolling. If I can raise more even better!
