Help me create memories and a future for my family

As you all know in 2018 our world was shattered when I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer shortly after the birth of my daughter 

I completed nearly 18 months of treatment and have enjoyed my life from them till now and I continue to do so

Today I was told I have terminal cancer
with spread to my lungs and chest nodes, and that’s what we know so far
my options are very limited 
and my time is most likely short

I have no money behind me to help my partnerand children through the end of my life and beyond 
I want them to live comfortably and that we make memories to last a life time

I want to make sure they will be as comfortable as possible during my end of life treatment snd after

if you could all spare some money and share me snd my family will be forever greatful 

I wish I didn’t have to do this but it’s importantthat I do so I can die happy
