Help Me Cover Damages to My Vehicle

I was in a car accident on my way to work December 20th, 2020. The person at fault for the accident fled the scene, and also didn't give the police any information on her insurance. My car has been scrapped, and currently I'm still making payments for it. I work a low income job and can't afford to pay for another rental, or pay for an attorney for my civil case, and be able to put a down payment on a new vehicle, as I still have to make payments for damaged vehicle (the care note, and the car insurance). Every dollar counts towards reaching my goal of 1'000$. I'm putting all of the money towards a down payment for a new vehicle.
