Help me and my finance rebuild our life back

Hi my name is Philip I am 48 years old and have medical issues and have my fiance who is 39 we lived in the qc for a month in our apartment then sept 18th at 7pm our neighbor apartment caught on fire which led us have to leave our home and took the fire departments 4 hours to put out fire and we lost everything in our and our home we need to rebuild our life all back starting with a home I can't work due to seizures and having anseryum surgery last year any help Is appreciated my fiance can't work due to she is My caregiver
