Help Maynard get a leg up

If you've seen more than a few episodes of Grey's Anatomy than you know all about Necrotizing Fasciitis, but what you might not know is that  dogs  can contract it too! And that is exactly what happened to our main man Maynard. Within hours his back leg and foot swelled up nearly double the size , so in the car we went and headed to the veterinarian. Although they did all they could to try and save the leg we were faced with the decision of losing the leg, or very likely losing Maynard.

Knowing that Maynard is one of the toughest and most resilient dogs we've met the decision was easy. So off went the leg, and a few days later back from the vet came Maynard!

He is now fully recovered from the leg amputation, and as expected it hasn't slowed him down one bit, but we have not recovered from the vet bill! This is where we need your help. Maynard is worth every penny of that $1600, but being a small organization we're pinching pennies. Our wonderful vet clinic has allowed us to make payments on Maynard's bill and we sure could use your help making his happen.
