July 5 th Flash Flood in Texas... Our Home Was Flooded — Mary, Keena, and Molly Need Your Help to Start Over
Hi, I’m Mary Brown. On the morning of July 5th, 2025, around 7 AM, a devastating flash flood swept through our home at Cedar Stays RV Park—a 50+ community located along Hamilton Creek at 1431 in Marble Falls, Texas.
We lost our home, our food, medical equipment. Pet supplies, bedding
It was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life—waking up and barely able to open the door and then to find a river rushing through our home. Rescuers helped us get to high ground. I had to evacuate with only two small medical bags, two purses, my disabled sister Keena, and our little dog Molly. We have no vehicle, limited mobility, and nowhere to go. While we’re safe for now, we’re shaken and overwhelmed.
Starting over at 70 years olds is not going to be easy—especially with limited resources and no transportation.

Medical care and supplies for Keena (her mobility is limited, and Keena eyeglasses were lost in the flood. Mary needs transportation to doctor appointment. Cause this has not been easy.
